This whole band is just gonna be bangers like this, I can tell— this is the kinda stuff you listen to in your car right before the sun sets in the middle of summer with all your friends

Man. The song itself is so beautiful. The harmonies, how their voices all blend together-- the piano and guitar perfectly fitting together, GAWD. I am fanning myself.
That's before even getting to the lyrics. There's so much *need*, and i felt it. It reminds me of all the turmoil of realizing I was gay-- suddenly every time I admired a girl's hair or her figure, I felt like I was sinning. It was... rough. But there's so much joy in this song! "Hold me we can't go back!" <<< THIS. It's scary to realize you're gay, but there are people who are with you. Taking the leap of faith is a lot like free-falling, but when you're holding someone else's hand, suddenly it's a leap you can make.
Overall, 12/10, love it, love all the feelings it brings up, will absolutely be listening to this on repeat. <3

I think the first time I heard this one was a live session performance, and I was blown away by those vocals. This is such a good song. You ladies have a bunch of those. Y'all have such a great style and sound that harkens back to the late 70s - early 80s when music wasn't so formulaic, "pop" was still played by real people with real instruments, and Punk was still like a raw nerve being rubbed with a metal file. I hear the ghosts of the greats in the background of your songs, and it takes me back to when music still had some mystery to it. I hope you have much success, and that it doesn't do to you what it did to the artists of those so-called "glory days".
