i can't believe i live in madrid now! it's been the best city i've ever lived in and girl i am thriving. kevin and i have been busy getting settling in the past few weeks, and i can't wait to take you guys along the journey of making this new space ours. all this wouldn't be possible without you guys and i want to thank you. you've been a huge part of my 20's and never in a million years would i think i'd be living in madrid, in my own space. i love you guys so much.

I'm kinda conflicted watching this. As a Spanish young adult myself it's kinda sad to see content creators (from abroad and also from Spain) being the only ones who can afford buying a flat here. Also buying one in the capital is freaking *insane*. The housing situation in general is bad, people can barely afford rent with regular salaries lol. But on the other hand I'm happy for you two. Welcome to Spain!!! So happy to see that you moved here and much more excited to see you try all the food around the country. I live in a small city three hours north from Madrid called Leon. And i reccommend you to come here to try the local food. We have some local specialties like cecina, blood sausage, cocido and more typical spanish food., I would reccomend you to come during the holy week because it's when the city is more vibrant, beautiful and full of things to do, and also full of traditional sweets to eat.

As a professional “launder…er” lol, your clothes shouldn’t be hard when you dry them on a line. They should be soft. If they are in fact crunchy or stiff, it’s because you are using too much laundry detergent and/or it’s not getting rinsed out adequately.

Recommended amounts on bottle/boxes are always more than what’s needed to clean and often washers are overstuffed so clothes aren’t rinsed well. Try less detergent and see the difference!

I knew it! When you said you are learning a new language, took a flight from Denmark that was 3.5 hours and then at the end of it you could hear the man in the shop saying "hola" I knew. Love it. I guessed it was either Madrid or Barcelona. Congratulations! I love Madrid, I lived there as a teenager and the food is so amazing. The Metro (subway) is super easy to navigate. The history and culture there is amazing. Have fun!
