Evan when Burntrap, who traveled back in time, told him that his death from a bite by an animatronic bear would set off a huge chain of events of his father going on a child murdering spree, his family possessing animatronics created by him, his brother becoming a living corpse, his sister being killed by his father's creation and becoming that creation, the murder of his father's business partner's daughter which would possess an animatronic puppet who would give life to the kids he murdered, and that he would way later in the future probably 40-50 years later would be rebuilt as a robot named Gregory who he would've tried to capture and kill but was being protected by a new version of Freddy Fazbear

He finally realized how dysfunctional his family finally is

This gets even darker when you realize just how much hell the Crying Child has possibly gone through in the lore (be warned my recap is entirely based off memory so if i forget something or something is wrong, please let me know!)

So if that latest Tales of the PizzaPlex novel is to be believed, CC (while still alive) was subjected to experiments by his own father (we all know who this is), constantly being put under a fear gas that causes him to hallucinate the Nightmares, on top of his older brother constantly bullying him over his fear of the animatronics, which all culminates into said brother accidentally killing the CC via the Bite from Fredbear, causing him to meet a violent end to a torturous life, and potentially possess the Fredbear/Golden Freddy suit, which was later also possessed by Cassidy, therefore cramming two spirits in the same suit. They both remain trapped, unable to pass on completely, for no less than 20-30 years. And when the CC finally gets a chance to move on when it all quite literally goes up in a blaze, he quickly makes a horrible realization: even still, he is *stuck.* Imagine being a sad, lonely spirit who just wants to move onto the afterlife, but you're still trapped in that prison of a suit because you're stuck with a spirit who is quite literally the polar opposite of you (Cassidy possibly trapping William in a neverending purgatory/UCN), and all you can do is stay there and suffer the same fate of being trapped in that suit, neverending, all because the other spirit you're stuck with is hellbent on selfishly making her killer suffer.


TL;DR, CC is fucking tragic, bro.

Edit: okay so i realized CC's spirit may have moved on while Cassidy chose to stay behind and make William suffer in Hell, but still, imagine if that WASN'T the case
