If we already know that much about Venus and how inhospitable it is, why spend one billion dollars ?

Sounds to me like they're already asking for the third billion.

Sounds like Venus had a bad terraforming event. Way back when maybe one was first forming maybe after it was forming. It would explain a lot It may be natural and maybe unnatural aliens little green men who. Lol Who knows but I'm sure those guys at NASA might find out or SpaceX will come to save the day I love SpaceX

Must not forget the Soviet Union landing on Venus, using the timeframe axis window.

Would it be possible in the distant future to reverse the green house effects through some advanced method of Terra farming, possibly making it habitable over the course of a few millenia?

Waste of 1 billion dollars. Sorry we should be going away from the sun, not closer to the sun as we will never go that direction.

Venus was like Earth when it was in the habitable zone. Earth will follow Venus as Mars enters the habitable zone. How long will it take the rest of the world to realize this? Ive made animations of our solar system, which demonstrates the travel patterns of Venus, Earth, Mars and the other 6 planets, following behind.
