For me, this is quite strong. I don't recommend more than 3 times a day and maybe you should listen to every other day. I'm using this for some days now and I've already seen improvement in my ADHD and OCD. I will continue to use it and definitely come back for an update!

Maitreya, what is unclear in the description is if it also works for a brain thats stuck producing too much endorphines? Or overactive MU receptors.
So more like the opposite of drug addicts. Does it just balance to your personal ideal state??
