AI Interpolation x 4 Example/Test

Interpolation is a method of constructing new data points based on the range of a discrete set of known data points (Wikipedia). This is an example of a program using the range of relative frames to piece together a new video with double, quadruple, or even octuple the frames. This example demonstrates two videos, one original and one ran through Flowframes AI as a test for a future project.
