ISTG IM GONNA CRASH OUT AND RIP ALL MY HAIR OFF. IVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS ON END AND EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I THINK IM GOING SOMEWHERE LITERALLY NOTHING HAPPENS. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW THAT CAN CROCHET IS RIGHT HANDED SO I CANT EVEN ASK ANYONE AROUND ME.

hi so as a left handed person. I noticed that while making this simple chain my knots were in the opposite direction.

"Holding the hook in your right hand...' around 40 seconds in, I think this must be a mistake given it's a video for left handed folk and the hook is in her left hand, it's just throws you off a bit.

I'm beginning to think I'm just not cut out for crochet. 😭 I want to learn how so badly, but none of this makes any sense to me. I've got the slipknot down, and the yarn is on my hook. When I try to yarn over, though, the slipknot just spins around on my hook, and I can't figure out how to pull it through for the life of me. It looks so easy, so why is it so hard?!

Why are you not showing how to make a slipnot? The terminology you are using isn't familiar to beginners.
