You forget that kid sasuke recieved the cursed mark from Oroshimaru. That mark comes from Jugo's clan and help them to use natural chakra. So it's not sage mode per say but still it's kind of sage mode.

Obito and Madara were both able to absorb Sage chakra. Nah, Naruto is more emotional than any character on the show. I think the Uchiha pride themselves in mastering sharingan, so they don't feel like they need it. Most high-level ninjas can probably learn sage mode with the right training and discipline.

The smaller chakra reserve, the more sage jutsu chakra you need in-order to enter sage mode.
No matter the size of the chakra reserve, anyone can very much enter sage mode.
The emotion part isn’t entirely true, only true for when entering sage mode. For maintaining it, you just need part of your focus on it.
