this video was created back in June 2020 but for some reason i never got it loaded up. This shows how you can use The MeatStick to monitor a complete sous vide and barbecue cook in both the bath and the smoker. The MeatStick is waterproof and the battery lasts for longer than 24 hours so it can lat a long time! I highly recommend The MeatStick wifi if you are looking for a 100% wireless thermometer!

I love to sous vide chicken but never whole with the cavity or with any liquid which can make the skin rubbery and hard to crisp or sear after cooking. I split it into two parts and cook them separately or I will spatchcock it by removing the backbone and sous vide it flat. With no cavity, it cooks faster and more evenly.
