FOLLOW ME:
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup water at room temperature
1 teaspoon of sugar
3g yeast
400g flour type “0”
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
semolina
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make sure that your yeast is active by adding a little lukewarm water to a small bowl with your yeast and resting it for 5 minutes- if it bubbles and dissolves in the water, it is perfect.
- Next, With a spoon make a hollow in the center and add water gradually.
- Then, combine and mix all the flour with, yeast and sugar. add 2 spoonfuls of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt.
- Then knead the dough until it becomes sticky and elastic. - Once you have a perfect dough, secure this baby in a lightly oiled bowl and cover this with a wet kitchen towel. Place your bowl in a warm and dry area and allow it to rise. - Once you mould the dough, put it in the bowl and let it ferment for 24 hours in the fridge. After 24 hours, your dough will have risen and you can then let it ferment again for 2 hours outside the fridge and make your pizza!!
