NEW Toyota Yaris Hybrid POV drive 🇵🇱

🏆 Meet the Winner of The Car Of The Year 2021 (CotY). The version I drove was the 2021 Hybrid CVT 1,5L 114hp/116ps/85kW. You can also opt for the non hybrid versions, cheaper by 19.000pln/$5.000/4.200€.

How can I argue with this award ?! This car is the best looking city car of them all. It's small, in the same time spacious enough, looks good from every side, you get used to their automatic transmission called CVT (continuously variable transmission) which is an "automatic transmission that can change seamlessly through a continuous range of gear ratios, and makes you feel like it would be constantenously on the same gear" basicly like a scooter.. and it gets really noisy at some point aswell.. but you get used to that.. so it's really up to you.. So you can pick up the non hybrid versions and enjoy your conversations at high speed =)

WHAT ABOUT THE CAR ?
👍 When I started the car, the fuel economy was @ 5,2L/100km (see the center dashboard).. when I finished my drive it ended @ 8,2L/100km (but I don't daily drive like an angry monkey). So with this car, you can expect 5L/100km.
👎 I love the entire car except the center console. I think it's sad to bring over and over again the same elements from the past models, and especially this annoying center console animation of how the energy is going through the vehicle. This animation has been around since 2003 that came along the Prius II (more or less). I would more enjoy an integrated center console into the dashboard with a new animation if there should be one.

It is indeed a very good car, but the title of the video should have been "Man drives a car in Warsaw"

Quite noisy in acceleration, but you were testing the vehicle. I drove one, I really liked the sensations in the steering, the braking and its behavior on the road. Great car. With the proper driving, one can consume 3, 5 l/100.

If I can say something, I would love to see a countryside dynamic drive to see how's the chassis, but great and informative video. THanks

Why not drive in the centre of the lanes rather than persistently in the off side? Irritating.
