Wynn Handman Interview

Wynn Handman was known as the godfather of Off-Broadway theater. He co-founded and was artistic director of The American Place Theater. A list of his acting students reads like a Who's Who of stage and screen. In 2009 he began the Literature to Life project. He died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home in New York City from Covid 19 complications. He was 97. This interview was done in August, 2014, for The Inquirer and Mirror by John Stanton.
