My daughter had her first and only SE 8 months before. She was convulsing for 1 hour. It was a focal seizure with spike waves in T4 & O2. Since then, no episode of seizure occured.
I live in fear. Ma'am, will her next seizure be a SE or a minor one? She is on AEDs. Valproate elevated her liver enzymes. She is currently on Brivaracetam and Clobazam. I always have Midazolam nasal spray with me. Is Midazolam spray as effective as IM?
