Hey, thank you. If I can just to mention that the revised definition for SE is having a clinical/electrographic seziure with a duration in excess of 5 minutes, OR having recurrent seizures without returning to baseline between episodes.

always 1st drug of status epilepticus should be Diazepam

Hi please tell me if status epilepsy result in brain damage..my 2year old son had one and right part of his body is not working we are doing therapy though..he is in epilim syrup but he is having facial seizures only the damage part..is that going to end somedays.... His epilepsy is caused by menengaitis..
