Dallas Cowboys Defeat Washington Commanders, 36-24 | The Postgame | Blogging The Boys

The Dallas Cowboys shocked all of us and did the impossible by winning a game on Sunday afternoon. To be fair the "game" that they won was filled with all sorts of chaos.

It is doubtful that any Cowboys fan is believing that they are playoff-bound all of a sudden, but this was an objectively impressive outing against a team who many people thought very highly of. Dallas deserves a ton of props.

RJ Ochoa handed them out and discussed the game at large immediately after in his Dallas Cowboys Postgame Show streamed originally in the Bleacher Report app. Remember that things will move fast this week with the Dallas Cowboys playing on Thanksgiving Day!

I remember in 1974 the thanksgiving game with the forskins. Our cowboys got whupped all day till Roger Staubach was out with one of his concussions. In came Clint Longley to throw the winning touchdown to Drew Pearson. Cowboys win. I really cried tears of joy and had to hide them from the family(I was still in high school at the time).

At least one, maybe two more wins coming. If the Cowboys and Jerry Jones have proven anything over the years, its that they arent smart enough to do something good for the team by playing the long game. I get no one wants to lose, but at this point theres no chance the Cowboys are making the playoffs. Now is the time to play Lance, rookies, etc but Jerry is too prideful to let the kid try to learn and earn a chance for next year. He doesnt want to watch Lance show up then move on this year and make something of a career upswing next year outside his grasp.
