Thanks for this video. I've never seen anyone take the ignition apart like that.

When I had a sticky lock I read a post by a locksmith that graphite is not recommend to use for outdoor locks since it clumps with high humidity. It's better to use dry lube (PTFE, Teflon based).
And yes, I can confirm that WD-40 gummed up my lock (it has waxes, so no surprise).

Really the only difference that i can see between your model and the k1 ignition is the fork lock mechanism. Mine has a circular ring in it. But anyway my key is locking up inside the housing making it hard to turn. trying to figure out why. I may post some kind of video on it. Thanks for posting this by the way👍

I’m having this same issue right now. Where did you get the tool for the security screws at? And did this end up working?
