Edit: People, just because ur using fischl with a fucking eula doesn't mean fischl is bad at electro application. Raiden ONLY beats fischl in a team that does no reactions AT ALL, any single reaction with electro triggers oz's a4 talent which has no icd on electro application. The only problem with fischl is she can't trigger hyperblooms and even that is not correct cuz oz's a4(s) can trigger them it just has a very small aoe.
Edit 2: I'm honestly done with this thread, I am not gonna keep banging my head against Raiden mains; clearly u guys are too addicted to Booba sword. Do some actual fucking research before u fucking talk to me next time (kudos to the guy or gal that actually knew what they were talking about when talking about fischl)
