I've ran out of ideas, don't need a battery bank, I retrofitted some of them with the original usb-c charging port and batteries into all my tv remotes, garage door remotes. Maybe need to get me a ring camera or a security system and put all these 150 vapes to good use or something. Wish places paid you for stuff like that as I would like to see them used for something other then the trash or laying around.

Ive just recently started harvesting these 13450 3.7v cells and have successfully used them in small projects ranging up to 12v. I am just nervous about stacking them to create a 12v pack similar to yours. Its literally free energy

Damn you are the true diy king.With whatching this video you showed me plenty of ideas .I could never thon of the bootle shrink wrap.You are the best diy youtuber and i think you will grow a lot .I am gathering some vapes litlle by little from clasmates but i still have a log way to gi i am making a 48V 10Ah battery pack. Why need the bms if using a smart lipo charger?

The biggest problem with these batteries is their very fluctuating quality.
I have had batteries that have been laying on the table for 3 weeks and suddenly burst into flames.
When I disassemble vapes, I let the batteries sit in "storage" for a month before using them. Before use, I check if gas has formed in the battery (the same thing happens when disassembling the vapes).

im using them for my hubsan x4 drone put 2 of them in parallel get around 4 minutes of flight time even with an fpv camera ontop eachine tx 03 anyone has some more ideas what to do with them ? ive got lots of them laying around
