4:51 When I visited Milan in Italy, they gave me that fire show in a small restaurant in the evening.

it seems to be there, it really seems like a fascinating video. These restaurants, although very different, work very well

Superb videos. Fyi, your intro font is very small for standard sized mobile screens.
Or my eyes are just naff.

Wow prices aren’t throat-cutting prices huh. Very genuine and truthful people.

Cantonese cuisine is mainly focusing the cooking technique and the texture of the dish. Not necessary always expensive ingredients except seafood.

For $150, I do *not* want a TV in my room showing me food.

A good restaurant is one that can serve boneless chicken feet

$669 for five dimsum @@??? that's a sky high pricing! the Cha Shiu pork may be fine but even HK's 3-star Michelin would not cost that much for the other dimsum!

Looks like the most of dishes very hard to eat with sticks

Red wine is not fit in Chinese cuisines. As a Chinese I prefer rice wine or plum wine.

Don't mess up all the dim sum with your chopsticks...

A lot of YouTubers I follow are in China now. I wonder if this is somehow sponsored? Not that I mind, personally wouldn't think twice about going to China and recording videos if I was in that position, just curious. There is a lot of anti China propaganda around and now after the pandemic that we're getting a glimpse of what's going on there, it does seem like, with all its faults, they are living in the future.
