So, even when, in theory, this was an EU sided piece, it still felt a bit to much about UK.

For example - Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, English language status in the EU and such. You know the stuff Europeans care about? :)

On the Erasmus program, Northern Ireland citizens can still take part and will be paid for by and supported by the Irish republic.

• Buying things online from the UK will be trickier for people in the EU now. Some sellers, especially smaller ones or those where the EU isn't their core business, may stop selling to the EU to avoid the necessary paperwork.
• Regarding family: EU citizens with settled status in the UK (and vice versa) have special arrangements so they can bring in family members after the end of the transition period, subject to certain constraints.

8:33 "Are you prepared? Will you be by the end of the year?"... if your answer to the first question is "no", I somehow doubt it will be "yes" to the second question 😅

This all feels so pointless, everything’s exactly the same as it was before but now suddenly everything needs paperwork and fees. It’s such a stupid thing

To brexiteers who said the EU needs Britain.

Doesn't mention not having to pay fees to EU, able to do other trade deals and legal issues.

Every uni's English department (those sectors focused on the UK) in the EU is now in full panic mode. Same probably goes for foreign language departments in the UK, at least those dedicated to languages of EU member states. Imagine a huge portion of your employees and outgoing and incoming students being affected.

I like how TLDR made the EU subsidiary of itself before the deal.

This video and the one on Britain is quite biased. The fact is you do not really know all the advantages / disadvantages.
All the jobs I got in France I was refused because they said even though I lived and worked in France for a year - my French still wasn’t good enough. But guess what all the French spoke English and we’re taking all the jobs here.
So although we had the EU - there was a whole lot of discrimination using things like Language.
for highly skilled professionals like us - we welcome the divorce.
What we need to do now is educate our youths to be the entrepreneurs of tomorrow taking advantage of opportunities from all over the world - not just the EU.

A couple of points regarding travel.

If EU nationals are to be continued to be allowed to use the e-gates, then it follows that their passports will not be stamped with an appropriate leave to enter. I understand that when visiting the EU, UK passports will be stamped on arrival and departure with the 90 days in 180 days limit strictly enforced and, we are told, we may also be asked to produce return tickets and proof of funds. An e-gate cannot ask to see a return ticket or ask a traveller how much money they have or ask them the purpose of their visit, this would appear not to be very reciprocal if EU nationals can continue to enter via the e-gates without any apparent control or record of entry or formal leave to enter restricting length of stay being granted. I can foresee several problems from an immigration enforcement point of view if a person subject to immigration control has no leave to enter stamp in their passport and also legal problems in determining that an individual is an illegal entrant, for example, if they are coming to work or some other non-temporary purpose and have not actually lied to an immigration officer in order to obtain an incorrect leave to enter by saying that they are a visitor.

Regarding EU identity cards, in the past there was a system in place to allow nationals of many (non-EU) Western European countries to travel to the UlK as visitors using their national identity cards. This was in place before the UK joined the common market and subsequently continued for nationals of certain Western European non-EU countries such as Switzerland. Under this system, in addition to completing the normal landing card they also had to complete a special Visitors Card. The leave to enter was stamped on the Visitors Card which was retained by the visitor throughout the visit. The logic behind this was to encourage tourism by not requiring these persons to obtain passports. Should the re-introduction of this system not be considered for visitors?

We can all agree that from this process we all loose, but politically talking, the eu has gotten rid of the biggest anti-eu country within its borders, and can now keep reforming and legislatin for a deeper integration and collaboration within its countries. And frankly, if hungary wants to leave i'd expell them inmediately, the european project should be halted no more

It greatly pains me that when they illustrated the flight from Stockholm to Brussels, "Stockholm" is in the completely wrong part of Sweden.

"One of its largest and most influential members"! But I thought the UK was powerless inside a powerless EU that is about to collapse at any minute but nevertheless dictated what the UK should do in the manner of an all-powerful dictator! I'm confused.

The Honourable BJ's deals is far more beneficial than the Honourable TM's deal overall - because of (the new systems approaches) intermittent new information made available by the creator and pioneer of new markets-B2B2C-i + i-Brexit Futures.
