@SheaWhitney I just wanted to let you know I had dental surgery done yesterday. I had what was left of my bottom teeth removed and 4 implants/posts put in. The dentist allowed us to pay half upfront and then pay the remainder in 3 months. If I’m completely healed. It’s so discouraging how much dental work is today. If it wasn’t for your video of your dental journey I would’ve never had the encouragement to even go! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Turn the cushion it’s backwards, the cut out area is to relieve coccyx( aka tailbone ) pressure/pain . We use similar at my work in our wheelchair/broada . It’s great .

Dental hygienist here. Lemon peel, sea salt, and coconut oil will not whiten your teeth. Stick to active ingredients like hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. See your dentist or hygienist to evaluate your gums and teeth and make sure you are a candidate for whitening if you want in office results. If doing over the counter, Crest white strips do work. Use a sensitive toothpaste two weeks prior to whitening and follow the instructions on the label.

Shea, i think you are using the cushion seat backwards, the empty part goes to the back of the chair to fit the tailbone area . i could be wrong but ive seen other cushions used like that

Yes! I order men’s sneakers a lot! They’re cheaper, and in some cases, made sturdier and in most cases, a tad wider to decrease squished toes for less foot pain (for me)!
