I wanted to hear about the companies, the synergy, and what the potential of these companies together can do better than separate. Instead I got a woman bitching about how they need to hire more women.

I think the people who are worried about this deal need to realize who controls Blizzard right now... Tencent has quietly bought up a ton of game companies over the last decade and you won't hear much bad press about them - unless the CCP gets angry at them for some reason. Microsoft isn't perfect, but they aren't worse than Tencent in this area. And they aren't worse about monetization or passion for making good games, among other things. Nothing exists in a vacuum. All of the things that get brought up about this deal make no sense when you compare to the alternatives.

I’m confused… is it an issue for equality or is not an issue? Looks like she convinced herself halfway through the interview.

FUN FACT: George Lucas sold the ENTIRE Star Wars franchise IP for only 4.1 billion dollars. 🤑

She is not a true developer of games.. easily you could find better devs to talk about the subject, like Gabe or someone longterm from id.
