I applied for Chief mate NOE on 14th Jan/2021 by sending all scanned documents but they are not giving any response regarding my application. Though i already sent them several mail and asked them as new procedure came into force that for first time coc need to send all documents original. I asked them do i need to send all original documents they said no need but still no response from their side!! Now what to do sir? Kindly advise?

Sir, I had given my chief mates written in 2016 and they were clear. however, my oral is still pending. NOE is valid for 5 years. Is there any way to get the extension on NOE without repeating the entire couse again? please advise
