MPGe is a badly named statistic made up by the EPA. 49 MPGe is not the same as 49 MPG. Most people are getting in the mid 20's combined. Electric seems to be much more susceptible to lead footed starts and the brick aerodynamics also really take their toll on mileage at higher speeds. But it's a very capable wrangler so who cares? lol.
