One of many Mopar models that need to come down on price, like they did with the Grand Cherokee and Gladiator.

6:00 - Maybe 1% of owners will ever need to worry about going off-road and having to rinse their Jeep interior. This will be in corporate garages, strip mall parking lots, beach-front towns, etc. Few first owners will actually get into mud...or a forest.

Oh Jeep. 15K more than every other brand with a comparable hybrid. Modern Stellantis.

Thank you for a great video and review. I just test drove 3 different 4xe 2024 models. High Altitude, Sahara and a Sport S. I love all of the features in the High Altitude but absolutely love the ride of the Sahara...because of the 18" tires. I had both up to 85MPH on the highway and there was definitely a difference. I now deciding what I value more...all of the features of the High Altitude or the smoother ride of the Sahara. I am trying to locate a Sahara with the one touch roof and leather. Not sure if I will be successful. Wish me lucK!

I rented this vehicle in Arizona a few months ago and took it up to Sedona and all around the Phoenix area. We loved it and at the time talked about possibly leasing one for our next vehicle. After reading these comments, not so much….😬

Agree on the side steps. All Wranglers look odd without rails or steps. Those open holes are just odd.

60 grand for a vehicle like this is so stupid. Their owners are absolutely mental.

10:00 Totally agree with you! It's a great lease! We leased one at the end of last year, the 4xe was on the list to get the Federal Tax Credit of $7500 and Jeep was adding an extra $2500 so that was $10k out of the bat. This is a great vehicle if you need a comfy people carrier with off-road capability that offers some fun options like roof removal/convertible. I drive it daily on electric only and even got 1000 miles out of a single gas tank. Our first tank of gas from the dealership lasted more than 3 months which is crazy when you know how big and heavy this car is. Is it cheap? No. Is it fuel economy friendly? Yes, if you have a level 2 charger at home and drive it mostly on electric. Would I have bought it? No. Batteries will need replacement around the 10 year old mark and that will cost a bomb but for a three years lease, this is a great choice and it is actually affordable.

I have driven several SUVs made by Jeep. I decided to trade my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe Sahara on a lease agreement. I obtained the Jeep and while driving it home I entered the the expressway .While driving on this busy expressway, I noticed smoke coming from the rear of the vehicle and the engine light appeared. then the jeep begin to shut down and I could not accelerate. I noticed Liquid escaping and residual of this liquid was noticed on the rear window. I proceeded to get off of the expressway as the jeep was not accelerating. Upon exiting the freeway i cut the jeep off and oil was noted escaping from beneath the truck. I mean puddles of oil as well as oil on the rear windows. I had not had this vehicle for a hour yet and I was was calling a tow truck to take it back to the dealer. I had ambivalent feelings related to buying a hybrid but I decided to lease this vehicle to experience something new. I wished I would have read these reviews prior to leasing the vehicle, I would have never went through with leasing this vehicle. This is an overpriced piece of garbage. I will be at the car dealer waiting for them to open so that I can return this and insist that it be replaced with another brand. I do believe that You can break any contract within 72 hours of signing. Worst experience I have ever had with a new vehicle. All I experienced with this vehicle was a higher insurance bill and car note...
This SUV could had caught on fire from the oil hitting the metal I have been told. Thank you, my protecting angels that I was not Hurt while driving this vehicle.

What YouTubers need to do for car reviews, is more of a longer-term review vs "initial impressions" there are plenty of those.

Set yourself apart and provide that quality, you'll grow your base much more.

Especially for a vehicle like Jeeps, where they are known for reliability issues, and the 4xe is no exception.

I'm a Mopar fan but have warn you all about these 4xE Jeeps. The added weight and complexity is not worth saving one gallon of gas a day. On top of that now our new Wrangler is locked out of electric AND HYBRID mode because its not available at this time. I've read it may take up to 250 miles to get out of this form mode. We have owned the Jeep for two weeks and charge almost every night. WE drive three miles to work and then 3 miles home in electric. At the end of that we have 38 percent battery left. We have done this for two weeks in 30 degree average temps while always in hybrid mode. WE have also done some errands at night before we charge and have 240 miles on the Wrangler. In that time we used about 1/5 of a tank of gas and the engine has been on in many situations. Now after two weeks all electric assist is turned off and not available and I mean all. The engine doesn't even shut off on decel or standing still. I can understand a system that prevent dry engine and months old gas from happening. But my gas is fresh and the engine has been on many times over the past two weeks. Why would it take 250 miles to lubricate this small engine? This whole FORM lubrication thing sounds like a mess and I don't have a real hybrid or electric vehicle. It will take us a month to drive this Jeep 250 miles! Am I doing any wrong or is this jeep only have baked. Oh!!! My insurance on the thing is much more expensive compared to our Durango. This jeep 3 lease can't end soon enough!! I pay 380 a month with 2000 down The down payment was trade equity. It is a cheaper way to lease a jeep and it is a nice vehicle but it is not an efficient electrical vehicle. If I get my next electric bills and it is 40 dollars higher or more Ill never plug this thing again as there will no real money savings. This 4xE system seems like a first crack at something and I should have waiting till they perfect it. If the form system turns off much sooner then i will rewrite this review.

That's a lot of money for a product I wouldn't trust.

If you can’t drive a car without power seats you shouldn’t get a jeep.

I want to buy one, but I need a very important question answered. Is it possible to put the vehicle in neutral gear in EV mode (so the gas engine isnt running) and put a 60lb weight on the drivers seat and have the AC or heater on all night without the engine coming on to charge, assuming the battery is fully charged?

$65k for that? They are smoking the good stuff. 🤣

I used to love Jeeps, until I learned about their quality reputation getting worse and worse every year, and their prices dont even match up with their vehicles, and that goes to the rest of the Stellantis, GM, and Ford products too. I would rather get a 4 Runner or even a used FJ Cruiser over this for 30k less. Jeeps are mostly for egomaniatic people.
