My first one in 1959/1960 due to a fatal childhood illness.
The second happened on August 28, 1978; my first surgery of my life, and no one knew (I didn't even know) that I would be fatally allergic to general anesthesia.
Yes, there is 'life after death, yes there is a Creator God, Angels do exist, and it's an experience that stays with a person for the rest of their life.

Absolutely brilliant. I went to Peru in 2017 and smoked 5-meo-dmt twice and it was the most profound experience of my entire life. The 5-meo-dmt was just like what some of these individuals explained happened to them when they were on the other side. Never experienced anything like it. I felt I was shot out of my body like a cannonball and was just in this immense void where there was no end and no beginning. The void was just pure love. It wasn't visual because I needed no eyes to see. The love I felt in that place was unconditional. No matter what I had done on earth just faded away into insignificance and IT Just loved me and who/what or whatever I was in that place. I remember knowing everything that had ever been. It was as if I was plugged into all this knowledge. Everything that has ever been I was completely aware of. I was aware that we are eternal and that we come and go from this world to that place and from that place to this world over and over again and again. The hardest part was coming back. The experience lasted 10 - 15 minutes in this place but it felt as if I was gone for thousands of years in that void. Never experienced such love and to come back here was very emotional and I just wanted to go back. Has it changed me - yes. I am more loving and more forgiving and whatever materialistic views I had no longer matter. Just love and be loved and above all love yourself because that is all you will ever take with you.
