Honestly, college has something about it that affects us so quick. In hs I was the same way, always up VERY early, stayed after for extracurriculares, went out, stayed up late or even pulled many all nighters. Now in college I try to sleep in as much as possible, take little time to get ready, & I’m so much more tired 💀

first video i've ever seen of yours and just an immediate follow. i struggle so much with waking up early (4:30-5:00) and i have to every day (i work in a hs) and then go to class (3x a week) and i just get so tired of it, so bored. this helped, thank you for this. your routine made so much sense and i'm going to cry to implement the same logic and discipline in how i start my day
