Vision statements should be able to motivate employees to give their 100% especially if their jobs include customer service. A lot of customers decide whether they like the goods or services a company offers by looking at employees. The company's vision statements should also stay in managers/decision makers minds so they will be able to make ethical decisions that boost their company.
