"Vocal for local", a proverb that is always echoed to highlight the importance of local people's development and prosperity and thus being vocal for them is the first step to empower them. Today, its not the vocal for local pitch but Local for global is being heard and that highlights the utmost importance of local in global world and a great signal of local empowerment in country's promotion.
India being one of the largest producer and exporters in the world and its half of exports mainly go to gems and jewellery, chemical, petroleum and engineering goods . In above four, the pharmaceutical has shown a great jump after the pandemic where the quick response was seen in the supply side of the products like vaccine all over the world .
The growth and development also lies on how aatmanirbhar one is, but that doesn't means selfishness but togetherness. India being a fastest developing nation in the world but its not matching with china in terms of the exporting and manufacturing point of view .
Some steps that are highly need of the hour -
First, focussing of well nurishment of startups, because the unicorns that we have today were startups when they started operation.
Second is research and training, which is a dire need of the hour as it has fruit laden result.
Human resources development education and health plays a great role in doubling the count of outcome and of it is added with skill development than have a great impact.
Third is programmes to promote entrepreneurship development .
Forth working on transportation with less pollution to fulfil two aspect of growth.

We know, to be the global manufacturing hub coupled with export booster we need to work on new technologies . We are in advantage of demographic dividend and we can't afford to loose. Right work in right direction can change the overall scenario of the country .
