Making grandmas peanut butter cookies 🍪

Peanut butter cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup flour

In mixer add softened butter and peanut butter and blend smooth
Add in sugar and brown sugar and cream until smooth. Scrap the sides to make sure everything is mixed
Add vanilla, egg, milk and mix on medium til incorporated
Mix in baking soda, salt and SLOWLY add in flour scraping the sides til dough comes together
Place cookies 2 in apart on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins, edges will start to brown
Let cool 10-15 mins before enjoying

I don't know if youll see this, and I know you cook for family and friends etc. I'm 40 single, no kids. I know this is an odd ask/request. Was just wondering if maybe you could do a video on a "simple recipe/ meal for 1 or 2 or even meal prep for the week kinda thing. Havent had access to a kitcken in years so I only eat out but want to start saving money by cooking for myself instead and just overwhelmed where to start etc. I have 0 cooking experience and enjoy your videos as a subscriber. Anyways I will keep watching just had a thought especially with thanksgiving and xmas coming up its always the worst part of the year for single people like myself cause only certain resturaunts are open on holidays.
