I watched this video this morning and I just had to make them. Sooo I just finished getting them out of the oven..they are AMAZING.. I only had crunchy peanut butter and I have to say I loved the nuts in them. Thanks for the recipe..

My pb cookie recipe is 1 cup sugar, 1 cup pb and 1 egg. Easiest ever. I add a 1/2 cup chocolate chips for my son.

If you dip your fork in sugar it won't stick to the dough . And it leaves a yummy coating on top .
