Luthor was best portrayed in Justice League Unlimited. A cartoon. Which was totally awesome! But he has not been portrayed great in live action. Michael Rosenbaum did a good job with him in Smallville.

I think Angelina Jolie was a Legitimate Lara Croft!

It's pronounced Co-Nan, not Co-Non.

The series 'Penny Dreadful' showcased a fairly good version of Frankenstein's Monster.

I read Tarzan when I was a teenager.
He would ambush and murder the local natives for their weapons by hiding in the trees over hunting trails, dropping a noose over the head of the last-in-line and snapping his neck.
He was utterly savage, brutal and just stopped short of cannibalism … and he had a murderous hatred of black people.
He was not the gentleman ape-lord of Ron Ely or the lost child of Christopher Lambert.
Not sure they could even make Edgar Rice Burrows’ original character palatable for a movie audience.

Can’t wait to meet this Co-Non you speak of, he sounds interesting 💁🏾‍♂️

Billy Zane should play Lex. Looks like him and could pull off the menacing act if done correctly.

Smallville Lex Luther was the best. Let's keep it 💯

Rip Kevin Conroy! The animated series are the closest we got to the comic backstories

When you said Cleopatra would be on this list I instantly knew what you were going to say lol. Look I get it Hollywood and what has been taught about her tells one story about her and I know that no one will want to see a movie about a ordinary or unattractive woman seducing powerful men cause to the mainstream that’s not realistic, but as a historian I wouldn’t mind seeing a movie about her actual looks long as they portray her other traits to show why she was actually brilliant in spite of her “beauty”.

8:30 I think both Jolie and Vikander's performance are good, but i liked alicia vikander's more recent tomb raider reboot, a more grounded approach.

Michael Rosenbaum is the best Lex Luthor put to screen, tv, movie, or animated. He is undoubtedly the best

I've been pronouncing Conan wrong my whole life.

Hollywood also can't get Resident Evil villain, Albert Wesker right.

Marvel MUST get Doctor Doom right for the rest of this phase. Doom is calculating, intelligent, hilariously arrogant and ruthless. He has worked with and against the Avengers, fantastic four and other heroes

I believe these are all spot on. It's unfortunate about Frankenstein because I'm intrigued by the character. And one of the last entries talking about lex luthor is right when I thought because on Smallville that was the longest we'd ever seen a lex luthor for the most part other than DC comics animated series. Thank you Michael

Cleopatra was from Greek origins; she could speak and write Egyptian, but her family did the Phairoh thing and married each other. But Hollywood will never win when it comes to casting an actress to play Cleo, cause no matter who they choose it will be wrong according to different people.

There was nothing inherently wrong about the Tomb Raider reboot, but it made the same mistake as Angelina Jolie's Tomb Raider. In both movies, Lara's dad turned out to be alive, so it took away some of Lara defining character
