•2 Eggs
•2 tbsp cream
•Butter
•Cheese
•Spinach
•Tomatoes
•Tortilla

Directions
1)Whisk your eggs and cream together in a bowl.
2)Heat butter in skillet and then dump in egg mixture.
3)Add your cheese, spinach, & tomatoes to the top. Let cook most of the way.
4)Add the tortilla to the top, and then flip to let it continue to cook through. Let cool & enjoy!
