Assign different points for each answer | Google Forms Multiple Choice | Calculate Total Score

You can assign point values to questions in Google Forms by creating a quiz, but you cannot assign different points to each answer in a multiple choice question and calculate the total score. To do that, you can use the Formfacade addon for Google Forms.

It's not helpful since the trail period ends after 7 days. My other issue is I do not know if or how to get a spreadsheet with every submission the way regular google forms does it. I need the data on the spreadsheet to make reports on. This is great but it doesn't help in the big picture. If anyone knows of another way(my school won't be okay with paying for the service especially if there are no spreadsheets) please share any thoughts, I really need the help.

Thank you for the tutorial. Please How can I add my response depending on the score that they get? For example, they scored 1-4 they see Minimal depression, etc.. and if they scored 5-19 they will have to do this, etc..

unfortunately when I click on answer section, none of these options are available only the appearance option is. even if I select editable, no other option such as calculate field show up.

Hi.. can you help? I have created a quiz with 20 questions. 15 of those are marked, 5 are not. But, on the response sheet, it shows all 20. How would I ensure that the unmarked questions are not part of the total score in the response sheet - and subsequently released to the students. eg the student answers all the marked questions, gets all of them right (15/15) but the quiz includes those 5 unmarked questions, so he sees 15/20. I tried adding another section for those 5 unmarked questions, but the responses included the first 15 plus the second 5. Hope you can help

Hi Formfacade, could you explain how I can put only 2 digit decimal in score result?
When I input
Answer A: 1.67
Answer B: 3.33
Answer C: 5
Answer D: 6.67

the total score shows eight digits of decimals (example: I want it becomes 67.99
