Another PS5 video! I decided to buy the CHEAPEST PS5 console and Dualshock 5 controller from eBay. And as you know, buying cheap consoles and controllers on ebay can be a bit of a gamble... so let's see what these eBay sellers send us!

My bad, I forgot to show the price. $500 for PS5 and $35 for the controller (plus tax). Definitely high for a PS5 console only, but it was the cheapest when I bought it 🤷‍♂️

I'm willing to bet that was a demo model for a retailer who sold the console without the cables or controller to an employee who then sold the console to you at a small discount. A lot of times, those display consoles sit in a plastic display case and hardly ever get turned on, which would explain how clean it is and why it doesn't have a controller or the cables. Just a guess tho.

Possibly an Amazon warehouse buy, the seller may have gotten in on one of the $360-$400 consoles, these may at times be missing accessories, usually a return where someone didn’t send everything back in.

You should do the controller demo to test controllers, it shows you in real time which buttons are being pressed and has an adaptive trigger part.

Going off how scratched up the ports are doesn't tell you how used it is because all those connections are either never used or the cable is plugged in once and never touched again. Idk about you but typically once I hook up a console it stays in one spot. LAN parties aren't exactly a common thing anymore so it's not like everyone brings their consoles to random get togethers

I disagree that using a free USPS bubble mailer in a standard bubble mailer is "dirty." USPS is a major company that isn't losing anything by doing this, and it lets the average person pack items more securely for cheap

I still have my original ps4 box from launch. I figured once its time to sell, the next person will appreciate being able to unbox it like I did

I keep my boxes so whenever i sell or give away one of my console, i put back in the back so the next person can enjoy the experience as much as i did

I bought a PS5 for £500 from ebay, and it came with wires and 2 controllers and it has worked perfect ever since I bought it in September 2021

Nice unboxing video and good job too! I also personally like to try to keep all of my console boxes as well since I just really like them and all and also in case if I ever need to pack my systems back up if I ever need to move or anything since I would still have the original boxes that my video game systems came in that way.

I wanted to keep my box and I went on a trip with my friends and when I came back my little sister destroyed the box. I was mad.

As a kid, I threw away all boxes. But as a adult. I keep em all..figures..lol

I keep them. I got GameCube, Xbox one, PS4 limited edition, original Xbox for ones I own that got the original box from day one. Tho I own plenty more systems hope to find a box one day.

I kept my box but that Decorative sleeve around the main box is pretty fragile and snug. So I'm not surprised to see that ripped
