🔸 Ingredients 🔸

🔸Pasta - 1 Cup
🔸Oil ( Tel ) - 1.5 to 2 Tbsp
🔸Tomatoes ( Tamatar) - 2 to 3 medium size
🔸Onion ( Pyaaz ) - 1 Medium
🔸Garlic ( Lahsun ) - 4 to 5 cloves
🔸Oregano - 1 Tbsp
🔸Chilli Flakes - 1 to 1.5 Tbsp
🔸Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
🔸Cheese - 50 grams
🔸BellPeppers ( Shimla Mirch ) - 1/4 Cup
🔸Sweet Corns - 1/4 Cup
🔸Salt ( Namak ) - to taste
🔸Water ( Paani ) - 3 to 4 Cups
🔸Pasta Water - 1/2 Cup

🔸Method 🔸

🔸In a saucepan boil some water.
🔸Now add salt & pasta, and boil it for 9 to 10 minutes.
🔸Save some pasta water for later & strain the pasta.
🔸In a pan heat some oil, now add garlic & onion.
🔸Add finely chopped tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes & salt.
🔸Cook it for 6 to 7 minutes or until tomatoes get cooked on medium heat.
🔸Now add veggies & saute it for a minute.
🔸Add fresh cream, cheese & pasta water and mix it all well.
🔸Add boiled pasta to the sauce and mix it for a minute.
🔸Garnish it, serve & enjoy.
