Just sharing your channel with other herbal minded folks in my neck of the woods (western NC).

I have integrated what I have learned from you along with our native folk remedies & have had an exceptional response to treatment for a Very aggressive cancer!!! 🌸 now i don’t see weeds & see healing plants literally growing outside my doors!!

THANK YOU for offering so much without monetizing on your knowledge 🙏❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍☮️🌻

I was just asking my husband, what are these leaves all over the yard with pretty little bluish flowers? I come inside and Bam! Here you are talking about them! You have been sent by the universe, April, I am so thankful for your life, and your purpose to help people. Thank you sweet girl

We do have yellow violets here in the plains of South Dakota. I have grown up here and never ever saw yellow violets ever. But on my husbands grandmothers farm, out in the woods I did find a few yellow violets. I transplanted a couple 20 years ago and they continue to show up in my grass every spring. Always in the same part of the yard, usually only one or two plants, and never in a group like the purple and white ones do. I have never seen them anywhere else but yet here they are each spring. I do love them and anxiously look every spring to see if I still have some.

Before I even watch this, I just made violet syrup and violet jelly from the wild violets in my yard. I am in love with violets!!! I also just want to say that the violet jelly is probably the most pretty color of any jelly I make. It’s incredible as syrup also, over fruit or in a drink.

It's amazing. It's no lie, our food is our medicine and our medicine is our food. So cool.

This is such a timely video! I went for a walk yesterday and found some violets in the woods. I’m getting dressed while watching vids to go get some of those beauties. Now I know what I’m going to do them!!! Thank you so much, blessings to you.

Viola sororia are supposed to be good for grief work as well, and healing "broken hearts" 💜
And she's great for bug bites! Just crush up a leaf and rub it on mosquito bites and it'll soothe it and make it less itchy

I love your video. I really want to feel confident when searching for wild plants by myself. I just do a little at a time. I love poke salad in the spring because I know how it looks and it's good for the lymphatic system too. I know the safe way to cook Polk salad because the recipe was passed down to me. I'm going to start picking Violets now. I just have to trust myself. I love herbs and working with the ones I'm familiar with. Just need to feel confident when picking in the wild. Wish I could pick things with you! 🤗❤️

Once again you inspired me to go out into the woods to harvest some lovely violets and her leaves. Thank you for detailing her wonderful healing properties. We've had cooler than usual weather so she is still in bloom. You are the best!!

Totally off topic comment: You ARE the wild! You bring the wild to us. I was raised in a hippie commune, you're taking me back to some of my happy memories when I was of the wild. Thank you beautiful woman! 💖🙏💖
