The occasional lancer SPLATS strangely make this feel more legit, these Deltarune ch3 “leaks” are getting more and more convincing, imagine if one of these channels is FwugRadiation in disguise and Toby’s just hiding it in plain sight

No matter how convincing a Fanmade Deltarune Leak may be, whether with custom art, music, or other things that make it seem like it can fit in with the other Chapters. It never actually will be a real leak made by Toby Fox or his Team. Besides this first area, while the description acts like it's obviously unfinished for being a bit early in development, a good amount of work on Chapter 3 has been done since 2020 so the beginning of Chapter 3 could already have been finalized and completely finished. The cutscene with Ralsei makes this Chapter 3 just look like a repeat of Chapter 2, which I very much know Toby wouldn't do. The art and fanmade stuff in this video is good of course although this time around it’s more generic and feels too much like a copy paste from the other chapters, but at the end of the day it's just fanmade Deltarune content.
