J’ai grandi avec ces mélodies au Burkina Faso. Quand je quittais Ouagadougou ou aller chez ma grand mère à Ouahigouya chaque vacances. L’odeur du sable mouillé des saisons pluvieuses, les chants des oiseaux après la pluie, les cris et rigolades de mes amis étant gamins, le vieux ballon de foot qui s’alourdit à cause des flaques d’eaux, ma tante qui malgré le mois de ramadan me cuisine des petits plats tous les jours, mon oncle savant musulman qui reçoit des visites dans la matinée et la soirée, ma grand-mère qui habitait à 500m, fervente catholique et à la foi fille aimée d’un roi animiste, sa panoplie de bijoux faits d’or pur, mon film préféré Kirikou, ma mère qui vient me chercher à la fin des vacances, cette lourd sensation d’avoir laisser tous mes amis que je chérie tant, l’entrée de la ville de Ouagadougou bondée de monde qui annonce le début de l’année scolaire. C’est intense la sensation que je suis entrain de vivre. Aujourd’hui j’ai 21 ans et je vis au Canada. Que Dieu donne une longue vie à tous nos proches.
