This video briefly explains the concept of "Stand-Jump-Land" and how to use it to coach beginner and advanced lifters alike.
We teach "Jump and Land" which is extremely effective and powerful through the thighs and hips but often things start to go south once we begin to lift from the floor.
This concept of "STAND-JUMP-LAND" has been very successful in getting Olympic Lifters and CrossFitters to move the bar better off the ground setting them up for success throughout the rest of the lift.
