I already dive in a DIR/Hogarthian configuration for a long time, but I can’t help myself to still watch those kind of videos 😁

Great one ! 👍

When attaching LP hoses to second stages use two spanners with one just holding the second stage side still, because it is very easy to accidentally rotate the barrel inside the second stage and bend components. I know in Scubapro and Halcyon second stages they seem to rotate easily so it is definitely necessary with them.

Of course, only slightly tighter than finger tight is all you need so you need to be careful when using two spanners because it's easy to apply too much force

Great video once again. I will point out that many find the braided hoses too floaty to work well for the long hose, in addition to being uncomfortable on the neck if diving without a neck covering.

Very good video! I like that you really explain all the steps and show the big picture!

Can you make a video about why you recommend this configuration over the Octupus variant for scuba diving?

Great video, as always!! You really make a better diver. I would suggest to attach the hose snapbolt with some sort of quick-release, just in case one has to deal with any kind of hectic when taking it off the d-ring.
