Can you please tell me if the nex garlic fermenter is supposed to shut down at 72 hours in? My does it every time drops down to about 0 heat but is still counting down

I have a mixed batch--about half solo heads and multi-clove heads, in my NEX fermenter now, but I forgot to find out what the difference in hours between solo and multi-cloves is. Please let me know.

After 3 days it want cold from 80C to 48 C but timer was still working so I taught was maybe it is part of the posses to cool down every so often or something, but it never started heating again till I reset it and now the timer off, but it is heating up, so I can deal with that I jotted down the start day . If it fails again I put in the rice cooker and try to save it.
Up date just to be fair, I just found out we had a little blip power failure last night while I was sleeping that I think may have caused the malfunction.

Bought this from Nex Basics out of Amazon. Stopped working on the third batch, 658 hours of operation. Unforgivable poor quality! Such a simple solution. Stop trying to make your design barely work. You're not good at it.
