Arknights Story Summarized | Dossoles Holiday - A Summer Conspiracy

"Dossoles" comes from the Spanish words "dos" and "soles", meaning "two suns". One sun is in the sky, and the other is the sun's reflection in the artificial lake.

To be honest, if I had a lake big enough to be advertised as an ocean, I'd be pretty proud too.

When we read stories, we (or most of us) want the hero to win and the villain to get their face kicked into the mud. But sometimes the there are no strictly-defined heroes or villains, and sometimes, the jerks get the last laugh.

The Pancho in this story is likely a refence to the real-life Pancho Villa, former governor of the state of Chihuahua (hence the massive chihuahua statue) and a very prominent figure in the Mexican Revolution. I am in no shape or form knowledgeable enough to comment on the person he was and what he did with only some Google-fu, so I think it's best if I leave the honors of research to you.

Arknights really embodies the themes of "what is justice?" and "what is righteous?" I appreciate how nothing is ever shown as black and white. The thought put into making things gray is what really makes me love the story in Arknights.

Coming here after reading the recently released event thoroughly.

And I say, the story definitely made me admire the realism of Bolivar as an unstable nation through Pancho and the greater picture of Dossoles. Ms. Candela, on the other hand, never really cared much for anything other than to give people what they desire.

And Ch'en's change, as a character, was definitely shown here, understanding that most conflicts are always grey in both sides and that sometimes it doesn't really matter as an outsider if you are unable to find a satisfying ending for all.

Its not a summer without drama in Arknights...
Ernesto and Raphaela's character caught my attention more on this event, poor kid both grew up in military evironment since childhood, Ernesto is quite lucky because he still can make his own judgment, unlike Raphaella who blindly believe in Pancho and Ernesto.

I'm afraid I miss the point, so Dossoles city is built upon money yes?
