Ok. This “tail on- tail off” controversy has me laughing out loud. Guys, I may not be a cook but I love to eat shrimp. And when I do order shrimp in my favorite Mexican restaurant out here in California they are always grilled to perfection—crispy shells and tails. To me, nothing’s more delicious than crunching down on the tail and outer shell, especially when it has all that great seasoning packed on it. But that doesn’t always mean you’re going to swallow it. Crunching and sucking off the flavors might suffice.
And yes, I finally made the tacos tonight and they were absolutely delicious. My picky daughter loved it-I just substituted cubes of tilapia for her. We both felt like we was at our favorite fish house. So thank you!.
