6 small tortillas

COLESLAW
150 g grated carrot
150 g grated white cabbage
100 g mini fraiche
20 g light mayo
Salt and pepper

TOMATO SALAD
4 tomatoes (let the liquid drain off)
2 red onions
Ev. coriander

TOPPING
100 g white cheese 10%
300 g raw prawns (fried in taco seasoning)
A squeeze of lime

👩🏼‍🍳 Place all the filling in the tortillas and throw them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 225 degrees so they get a little warm. I then topped with Sriracha sauce and more crème fraiche, but it's just as good without!
