An Ancient ship full of Gold Coins was Found in the Desert

1968 We spent the summer in ND badlands. Father grew up there. One day he took me to a large ravine used by area farmers to dispose of old unwanted equipment, cars and trucks. There were dozens of antique cars from 1920 thru 1950's.
I went back two years later with my uncle and almost cried because the cars were gone.
But my uncle showed me that they were still there, just buried by the shifting sands.
He said that was the reason why nobody had taken them away yet. Because they would be buried out of sight for years, and then re-appear again. Protected by the low humidity extreme heat and dry cold.

They can be explained very easily. Pre 1800 maps show waterways and hudge lakes that we're changed by late 1700's great catastrophe. Even now you can scan the no existing beaches and shore lines and find huge ports and major buildings in the middle of nowhere
Some of the town names still give clues, such as lock port and similar.

Oceans throw up on land lots of things that are no longer under human control, like tsunami driven waves .or just getting far to deep inland and stuck in the mud as a result.Its not possible to recover your vessel to return if you've done that and that's how you loose everything maybe even your life.once in awhile it'll be recoverable but lots can occur if it's not done rapidly, time gets away from you just like those items you're no longer protecting from treasure hunters.😊Chances are if it's abandoned it's gonna disappear very quickly or never be recovered and that's fate.

Those whom claim items from treasure hunters are pirates and have no reasonable claim to abandoned goods found. To rob those whose efforts made it possible to recover these items is not an honorable way to achieve the recovery. Allow them the means to recover what's there and if they're late they're in no position to attach claim . First come first served abandoned ships are reclaimed and the old registered owner forfeits title. A new captian is created to hold ownership by abandonment of the craft.The vessel has been recovered and is no longer a ghost ship . Score to the crew that's finding it they're in possession now and the law of the sea makes it clearly understood its been abandoned and was a ghost ship and its now recovered and gone into possession of another.
