When uploading from my camera roll, it defaults to My Story. What is the opposite of My Story and how do I avoid adding it to My Story. I don’t even know what My Story is anyways. What does that mean?

When I tried to share the video, there's an option named who can watch this video? I have 3 options follower, friends and only me. But some people have more options like everyone, friends and something else

If I share a video just my followers are going to watch that not everyone. I want to share the video for everybody, not just my friends
