The "proper" way to fold and to later on unfold:
1. Use the adequate torque pressure at first to apply abrupt hard pressure at first just enough to unloose the click-lock mechanism and to then gradually fold slowly at a constant acceleration folding gesture until achieving the full fold position (satisfying snap shut). Do so when unfolding as well.
2. Do not apply brute force during folding and unfolding.
3. Fold-unfold using the right emotional attitude ... that is.
4. Treat it with respect because it is a Samsung product after all.

On the plastic wrap that he threw away it says NOT to push in the middle to close the phone as part of the mechanism can push through the screen

It's a damn folding phone yes there will be a crease gezz why do all the youtubers keep saying it like there so surprised

So put it in a clear plastic bag in the shower. That can even allow you to hang it on a hook. Also, it seems to me that an outward folding phone could allow for a larger, more rounded fold area, thus preserving the screen better and help prevent creasing at the fold. So Huawei's design might be better. It also eliminates the need for a separate, outside screen

Don’t push on the screen to fold. Push on the center down on the cap on the bottom.

they should put a physical keyboard in one of the fold instead of a screen extension. So there would be a screen on the outside and when you open it a keyboard and the main screen, just like a mini laptop
