This is the extended version of our video about the NeuraFutures installation, a project dedicated to recreating and analyzing brain-computer interfaces in sci-fi media. In this version, Nataliya gives us a full tour of the NeuraFutures experience.

--------ABOUT US:--------

Harrison and Colin (The BCI Guys) are neurotech researchers and entrepreneurs dedicated to creating a brain-controlled future! Neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces are devices that allow users to control machines with their thoughts and interact with technology in new ways. This revolutionary technology will change life as we know it, and soon will be as common as the touchscreen on your smartphone. Join us in learning about the brain-controlled future!

That was an excellent presentation of all sorts of BCI related Paraphernalia. Nataliya made the time go fly there, good job! A missing piece I had hoped for was the memory modification devices from the movie: "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Also Avatar had a great concept of an organic BCI making it possible to upload the dead and be connceted to them in this organic-nature driven hivemind. The ETA on most concepts and devices shown here seem fairly depressing tbh...anyway imo, neuropharmacology seem to be a better bet improving human consiousness utilizing biological processes much more fluently although fusing with AI will only be possible with some form of direct circuitry control that BCIs seem to be the only option for now.

Is it possible to be set up with a bci or brain to brain without consent or contact?
I'm desperate for some answers

Go back decades and one will find MIT was engaging in mind control research long before this project. Also, this project is allegedly pitched as recreating and analyzing brain-computer interfaces in sci-fi media. That horse left the gate already decades ago, and was never closed. MIT wasn't the only one involved in researching technology to understand how to manipulate the brain and mind. There have been many others, and some of those projects are still classified. When I read "This revolutionary technology will change life as we know it, and soon will be as common as the touchscreen on your smartphone", I take this literally. Are you guys proponents of transhumanism and mind control technology?
