Okay context for 0:47 ; the area in which they’re proposing is specifically off limit for guests, as it’s a stage for employees to use. The man asked permission to propose there, and an employee said it was fine. However, this employee was new, and didn’t understand the rules. This employee shown in the video was instructed to remove them from the stage— but taking the ring was something he decided, and I assumed they were disciplined in some sort of way

To explain the Disney thing: The area the couple was standing on, is a stage used for performances through the day, and is off limits to patrons at Disney Paris. The man had asked another employee if he could use the stage for his proposal, and was given permission. However, the employee who gave permission was a new employee, and didn't understand the rules at that part of the park. The employee who rushed over, had been asked by his supervisor to politely ask the couple to move, as they were in an area that patrons shouldn't be. However he was not instructed to take the ring box, or anything. That was on him. Disney's corporate company has since apologized to the couple, and is offering to try to make the situation right. The employee has been disciplined, and it's been suggested that for his action of taking the box, and the smug behavior, he has been terminated.

Yeah, I have information on 0:46 ; apparently, that spot the couple is standing on is a stage used specifically during shows at Disney Paris, where they are; The dude proposing did in fact get permission from the management there to propose to his GF on that stage. So that crewmember who came in and utterly ruined their special moment has been fired, I believe.
